Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Structural Analyst to join our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division in Atlanta, Georgia. TRS focuses on developing advanced autonomous drones and solid rocket motors, transforming concepts into fully operational capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge defense technologies within a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a Senior Structural Analyst, you will perform structural analyses using classical hand analysis techniques and finite element modeling. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, peer reviewing structural analysis reports, supporting test planning and execution, and participating in design reviews. You will collaborate with aero/CFD engineers to define loads for aircraft structures and subsystems, ensuring robust and reliable designs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or a hard science with a focus on structures, possesses a deep understanding of classical static analysis techniques and materials, and has over eight years of experience in structural analysis. Demonstrated experience in mentoring engineers and leading analysis efforts is essential. Candidates must be highly motivated, self-starting, and capable of performing duties autonomously without supervision. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $126,000 to $167,000 USD for this role, along with highly competitive equity grants. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, income protection through life and disability insurance, generous time off with a holiday hiatus in December, and caregiver and wellness leave. Additional benefits encompass family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance, depending on role eligibility.

Joining Anduril means becoming part of a mission-driven company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The company fosters a collaborative and high-ownership culture, encouraging employees to directly shape products and operate at a velocity that brings designs from concept to deployment in months, not years. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization committed to innovation and excellence.
