Required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with substantial experience in supplier quality management within aerospace or other high-reliability industries. The ideal candidate brings solid expertise in auditing suppliers, interpreting technical specifications, and using quality engineering tools such as FMEAs, control plans, and statistical analysis. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is hands-on experience with regulatory compliance (such as AS9100 or ISO 9001).
