Senior Systems Integration Engineer
The Senior Systems Integration Engineer at EarnIn will serve as a technical lead, focusing on Python-driven automation and building integrations between HRIS, Identity Providers, SaaS applications, and financial platforms. This role is pivotal in transforming operational data into actionable insights and dashboards, contributing significantly to the company's mission of providing real-time financial flexibility to its community members.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining production-grade automations to eliminate manual tasks across various operations, developing resilient API integrations with robust error handling, and codifying repeatable infrastructure using Terraform. The engineer will also build and operate integrations between HRIS, Identity Providers, SaaS, and financial platforms, ensuring data quality and reconciliation across systems. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining services that normalize and enrich data flows to support business intelligence and compliance reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, along with over four years of experience in IT systems or infrastructure engineering. Expertise in Python automation, strong proficiency with APIs and event-driven workflows, and SQL proficiency are essential. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Git-based change management, and a strong security mindset are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration across functions.
