Senior Tactical Network Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Tactical Network Engineer to join our Connected Warfare Division. This role focuses on developing and deploying advanced networking solutions for mission-critical systems at the tactical edge. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to enhancing the capabilities of our defense technology products.

In this position, you will design, implement, and troubleshoot networking solutions across various layers of the OSI model. Responsibilities include integrating emerging networking capabilities into existing systems, designing network topologies for complex missions, and developing tools for network traffic analysis. You will also collaborate with software engineers to build simulation environments and analyze network infrastructure to improve reliability and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in tactical networking, with expertise in ad-hoc mesh networking, secure communication protocols, and software-defined networking. Proficiency in tactical line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight RF systems, including SatCom, VHF/UHF, and MIMO, is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication abilities are required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance is necessary.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000, along with equity grants.
