The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position involves collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation, as well as supporting employer branding initiatives and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with over seven years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments. Certifications in interviewing, recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition are preferred. Essential skills include excellent writing and communication abilities, a proven track record of quality hires, proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, and the capacity to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
The total rewards package for this position is up to $130,000 annually, with compensation varying based on work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities. The recruiter can provide more specific salary information during the hiring process.
