Senior Technical Director, Spectrum Dominance

The Senior Technical Director will define and execute complex R&D programs, oversee the design and testing of next-generation systems, and ensure seamless integration across the entire signal chain. Responsibilities include bridging technologies from research to productized solutions ready for deployment, mentoring a world-class engineering team, and collaborating with business development teams to secure major government contracts.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance, requiring US citizenship. Proven experience in designing and developing RF systems is essential.
