Senior Technical Program Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Imaging team, which develops advanced imaging systems across hardware and software to address critical security challenges. The team leverages technologies such as computer vision, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to provide strategic advantages to U.S. and allied forces.
In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with product management and engineering teams to plan and execute technical programs, ensuring alignment with mission requirements, and managing project timelines and budgets. You will also engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and represent their needs within Anduril.
The ideal candidate has over five years of industry experience, including recent management of Department of Defense programs. A strong operational background with complex software and hardware systems is essential, along with experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers. The role requires the ability to create and deliver presentations and technical reports to leadership and customers, as well as a willingness to travel. An active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
