Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying automated test equipment and systems across our production facilities. This position offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing test processes on a national scale, contributing to the advancement of our defense technology solutions.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will define project scopes, create schedules, and oversee all phases from conception to completion. Your responsibilities include deploying and validating manufacturing test equipment across multiple product lines, managing project budgets, and ensuring adequate staffing and resources. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including electrical, mechanical, production, design engineering, and software engineering—is essential to gather requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with over eight years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing processes, test engineering, or production/process engineering for automated systems. Experience with high-volume manufacturing test systems and the ability to deploy these systems at scale across multiple locations are crucial. A proactive problem-solving approach, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and strong communication skills are also required. Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $166,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
