Webflow is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join its Developer Productivity team, focusing on enhancing how engineering teams build, test, and deploy software. This role is pivotal in driving clarity, coordination, and momentum across high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving developer experience and engineering efficiency. The position is remote-first, based in Argentina, and offers a permanent, full-time employment opportunity.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead multiple complex, cross-functional programs within Developer Productivity, such as development tooling, CI/CD improvements, local development environments, and testing infrastructure. Responsibilities include owning the developer experience measurement program, managing the enablement and rollout of productivity tools, embedding AI into developer workflows, aligning stakeholders across various teams, and developing repeatable frameworks and metrics to improve execution across programs.

Candidates should have 4-6+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs. Experience with developer experience or productivity measurement tools is essential, along with a strong ability to integrate AI into team workflows. Proficiency in coordinating across multiple teams, aligning dependencies, and proactively managing risks is required. Familiarity with technical domains such as developer tooling, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, or internal platforms is strongly preferred.
