The Senior Technical Program Manager, Space Systems at Anduril Industries will lead the execution of program initiatives within the Space business line. This role involves managing budgets and schedules, collaborating with customers and growth teams, and ensuring technical objectives and contractual requirements are met. The position is directly tied to ongoing orbital programs and active pursuits, focusing on developing and delivering space system solutions for dynamic space operations missions.

Key responsibilities include leading projects from inception to completion, developing technical paths for success, identifying engineering needs, and validating projected product outcomes with customers. The manager will work closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their interests within Anduril. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations to build and adapt solutions that meet client needs. Planning and communicating paths to success with both internal and external partners, including building sprint plans and execution milestones, are also essential duties.

Required qualifications include a minimum of a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience. Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems, particularly for national security space systems, is essential. Candidates should have experience building and leading cross-functional teams, be adaptive and introspective, and be comfortable setting and achieving goals in ambiguous environments. Prior engineering work on space systems is a plus, and candidates must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

The position offers a salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD, with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers.
