Senior Technical Recruiter
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to design and implement hiring strategies aimed at attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier software engineering talent. In this role, you will develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and machine learning engineers. Responsibilities include partnering with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategies, building targeted sourcing campaigns, leading structured interview processes, improving recruiting systems and processes, providing data-driven insights to leadership, mentoring other recruiters, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring software engineers, machine learning engineers, or other specialized technical talent. Strong business partnership skills, the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights, proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment, and a high ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously are essential.
Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $96,000 to $209,000 annually, equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
