Senior Technical Recruiter - Product Design and Engineering (Contract)

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Software Platform recruiting team. This contract role focuses on recruiting top-tier talent in Product Design and Software Engineering, contributing to our mission of transforming defense technology through advanced autonomy and AI solutions.

In this position, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective strategies. Your responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, as well as enhancing recruitment processes through data-driven insights and analytics.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in software engineering and product design. Strong skills in building diverse talent pipelines, stakeholder management, and analytical approaches to recruitment are essential. Experience in fast-growing companies and proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse are preferred.
