Senior Technical Recruiter - Product Design and Engineering (Contract)

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Software Platform recruiting team. This contract role focuses on recruiting top-tier talent for Product Design and Software Engineering positions, playing a pivotal part in our mission to transform defense technology through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion solutions.

In this position, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective strategies. Your responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and building diverse candidate pipelines, managing the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in software engineering and product design roles. You should possess strong sourcing skills, a data-driven approach to recruitment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building diverse talent pipelines and a track record of successfully closing top engineering talent are essential.

This contract role offers an hourly rate between $60 and $80, with the potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
