Senior Technical Recruiter, Space
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Space Division, focusing on software talent acquisition. This role involves collaborating with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs and executing strategies to build our world-class team. The position is based in Costa Mesa, CA, with a hybrid onsite arrangement, and is initially offered as a contract with potential for conversion.
Key responsibilities include sourcing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of candidates while maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The recruiter will establish deep partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy, embed into teams to understand product positioning and culture, and develop a strong understanding of the mission to effectively pitch opportunities and close exceptional technical talent.
Required qualifications include over six years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, with a preference for startup or software experience. The candidate should have over four years of client interaction experience, acting in a consultative manner to improve outcomes and candidate experience. A strong understanding of the technical skills required for engineering positions, clear communication with candidates, and experience managing various candidate funnels are essential. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, interview techniques, and a familiarity with diverse sourcing avenues are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in startups, tech, or relevant domains. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, resilient, and creative, capable of troubleshooting and creating solutions on the fly. They should possess strong attention to detail and communication skills, be accountable for their responsibilities, and value learning over being right, embracing candid feedback and continuous improvement.
The role offers an hourly rate ranging from $70 to $80 USD.
