Senior UX Designer

Monks is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of high-stakes projects, including large-scale platforms, global campaigns, and complex digital products for the world's most innovative brands. As a crucial link between business objectives, customer needs, and creative execution, you will help shape the user experience across various digital initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include producing high-quality UX deliverables such as detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, both from scratch and by refining existing materials. You will collaborate closely with UI and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff, while also creating clear briefings for visual designers and concise documentation for developers. Additionally, you will lead workshop sessions internally and externally to co-create and ideate concepts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer at an international level, with professional fluency in both Spanish and English. Expert-level mastery of Figma for design and prototyping is required, along with deep familiarity with a wide range of UX research methodologies and the ability to plan and execute them as needed. A strong understanding of interaction design principles and customer-centric design best practices is essential.
