Senior UX Researcher
Spring Health is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to enhance the user experience for individuals and families seeking mental healthcare. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional product team to drive key performance indicators and business results. The position is hybrid, based in New York City, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.
The Senior UX Researcher will design and implement research throughout the product lifecycle, from early-stage discovery to post-launch measurement. Responsibilities include collaborating with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams to define a research roadmap, building on past research to evolve insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves defining the UX Research function at Spring Health, including developing processes and communication strategies to scale capabilities responsibly.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting UX research with product teams is required, along with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Strong facilitation, consensus-building, persuasion, and presentation skills are essential, as is experience working on cross-functional product development teams.
The target base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $202,400, as part of a competitive total rewards package that includes benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
