Senior Value Engineer
As a Senior Value Engineer at Celonis, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven business transformations for our enterprise clients. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, dedicated to unlocking productivity by integrating AI, data, and intelligence into core business processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with strategic clients to understand their unique objectives, from modernizing legacy systems to optimizing finance processes and deploying intelligent business solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading technical discovery sessions, demonstrating the capabilities of the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, and guiding clients through the full customer lifecycle. This involves pre-sales activities, implementation support, and ensuring successful adoption and value realization post-sale. You will also be responsible for framing insights, driving enterprise-wide ROI programs, and facilitating cross-functional alignment to help clients independently track and expand on business value.
To excel in this role, you should have over four years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting functions, with a background in strategy consulting, business process improvement, or digital transformations. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft technologies or their equivalents, data engineering, and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience in value-driven selling, project management, and the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases are also crucial.
