Senior Value Engineer - Life Sciences
Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer specializing in Life Sciences to address complex challenges within the industry's supply chain and logistics. This role involves collaborating closely with major life science organizations to develop and implement solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence (PI) platform, integrated with advanced AI and machine learning technologies.
Key responsibilities include understanding clients' AI strategies and supply chain challenges, translating these into impactful AI solutions, leading technical discovery and demonstrations during pre-sales, guiding post-sale implementations, and developing prototypes to address critical issues in planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. The role also focuses on supporting clients in transitioning from traditional automation to autonomous AI agents and executing Proof-of-Value projects that integrate with enterprise systems and comply with regulatory standards.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in technical pre-sales and post-sales within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or MedTech supply chains. A deep understanding of life sciences supply chain processes, expertise in generative AI techniques, proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries, and strong presentation skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
The position offers a base salary range of $154,000 to $177,000, with total compensation including bonus, commission, equity, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
