Senior Vice President, Marketing
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Unite Us will shape company strategy and lead a fully integrated Marketing & Communications organization. Reporting to the President and collaborating closely with the CEO and CRO, this leader will oversee the end-to-end marketing engine that drives predictable growth, including pipeline creation, product and category positioning, and customer lifecycle programs to enhance adoption, retention, and expansion.
The SVP of Marketing will define and lead the marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals, encompassing pipeline development, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and retention metrics. Responsibilities include owning marketing planning, budgeting, scorecards, and executive reporting, as well as establishing operating rhythms with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. The role also involves building and optimizing multi-channel demand programs, partnering with Revenue Operations to improve lead flow and attribution, and developing a compelling, differentiated narrative to build trust and credibility in the market.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Experience scaling B2B SaaS companies in similar stages (e.g., ~$100–$500M ARR) is essential. A proven track record in building predictable pipelines and strong collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations is required. The ideal candidate will have strong positioning and product marketing instincts, the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling value propositions, and comfort operating in healthcare's trust-heavy, multi-stakeholder buying environment. Experienced leadership in building durable teams and scalable systems is also crucial.
The target compensation for this role ranges from $240,000 to $285,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies.
