Senior Vice President of Revenue Intelligence, Operations & Strategy
Kaseya is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Intelligence, Operations & Strategy to lead and enhance our go-to-market initiatives. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth through the integration of analytics, strategic planning, and execution. The successful candidate will unify revenue forecasting, sales performance analytics, Salesforce optimization, and go-to-market strategy to enable Kaseya to scale more efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include leading revenue forecasting and analytics to provide clear insights into Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) trends and growth opportunities. The role involves building and scaling predictive data science models, such as churn prediction and next-best-action models, to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the position requires optimizing Salesforce and sales tools to maximize sales productivity, designing incentive and compensation models to accelerate performance, and driving go-to-market strategies, including account segmentation, territory design, and role clarity. The leader will also spearhead transformational changes by consolidating key revenue functions and aligning cross-functional teams toward growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, strategy, or analytics leadership at scale, with a strong history of driving revenue acceleration in high-velocity B2B channel-driven environments. Preferred experience includes cybersecurity, resilience, and/or hyperscale cloud domains. Expertise in data and analytics, particularly in applying data science for business growth, is essential. Deep knowledge of Salesforce optimization and go-to-market tools is required, along with inspirational and transformational leadership capabilities and experience in change management. A strategic mindset with the ability to transition seamlessly from analysis to execution is crucial.
