The Senior Vice President of Product, Care Innovation at Spring Health will lead a unified care team responsible for delivering coaching, therapy, medication management, specialty care, and care operations. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and execute an AI-enabled care platform. The SVP will manage a high-performing product team, champion a culture of innovation and experimentation, and own the Care roadmap to align with Spring Health’s strategic priorities. Additionally, the role involves scaling intelligent servicing systems, partnering with clinical and engineering leads to expand specialty care use cases, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the care journey.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with over 10 years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or B2B2C environments. Required skills include expertise in growth product management, data-driven decision-making, and managing high-performing product teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities are essential, as well as experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings and excellent collaboration and communication skills.

The target base salary range for this position is $320,000 to $375,000, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
