Service Technician, Tysons Galleria
As a Service Technician at Lucid Motors' Tysons Galleria location in McLean, VA, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our luxury electric vehicles. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to advancing sustainable transportation solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include confidently repairing both basic and major mechanical issues, performing electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems. You will be expected to follow correct repair order documentation procedures and effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team and customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair. Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year are required. ASE certifications are expected to be obtained within 6-8 months of hire, with Lucid reimbursing the associated costs.

Compensation for this position ranges from $30 to $41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
