Services Leader, Strategic Accounts
The Services Leader, Strategic Accounts at Canva will lead a global team of Strategic Implementation Managers and Technical Account Managers, focusing on integrating Canva into enterprise workflows. This role is pivotal in supporting Canva's largest customers by ensuring seamless adoption and sustained success, while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, overseeing complex multi-stakeholder implementations, and designing scalable service operations. The leader will also partner across the business to align on customer outcomes, support pre-sales activities, and influence go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of people management experience in a SaaS environment, proven leadership in implementation or enterprise services teams, and direct experience supporting million-dollar-plus SaaS accounts. A strong builder mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a customer-first mindset are essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
