As a Full Stack Software Engineer at WPP Media in Eindhoven, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining scalable, robust applications that are essential to the success of our A-list clients. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, validating, and maintaining both front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Python) components of our applications. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product owners, and other engineers to build and deploy AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are production-ready. Additionally, you will design and implement robust solutions for logging, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee platform stability and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a university-level degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Expertise in front-end development with React and TypeScript, strong programming skills in Python, and extensive experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL via AWS RDS) are essential. Demonstrable experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), as well as proficiency in working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, are also required.
