Software Engineer, Cash App - Controls

Candidates should have over six years of experience in building and operating highly available services, experience in cross-functional technical efforts and team coordination, strong collaboration skills, customer empathy, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate open-ended problems. They should also have a well-developed curiosity and initiative to build creative solutions to complex problems, experience in technical leadership and mentoring, demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools in real production work, and an active interest in staying current with evolving AI tooling.
The position offers a competitive salary, with compensation varying based on location and experience. For example, in Zone A locations, the salary range is $180,000 to $270,000 USD annually.
