Software Engineer, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)
Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Connected Warfare division, focusing on developing advanced command and control systems. This role involves creating a connected mesh ecosystem that integrates robots, humans, and sensors across multiple domains, enhancing military decision-making and mission autonomy.
Key responsibilities include owning and improving software solutions deployed to customers, writing code to enhance product scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and test complex functionalities, analyzing metrics for debugging and monitoring, and partnering with end-users to translate needs into features. The role also requires up to 30% travel to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments.
Candidates must possess an active U.S. Secret Clearance and have a strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. A minimum of 4-10 years of experience with programming languages like Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript is required. Experience in building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis, along with the ability to navigate complex systems and codebases, is essential.
The salary range for this position is $166,000 to $253,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
