As a Software Engineer on the Developer Infrastructure team at Applied Intuition, you will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing core libraries and frameworks that bolster developer productivity and reliability. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across all engineering teams, establishing best practices and standards within a rapidly growing company dedicated to accelerating the global adoption of safe, AI-driven machines.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and improving the core libraries, frameworks, and tools utilized daily by engineers. You will work to enhance the speed and reliability of the developer infrastructure, including the Bazel build system and Buildkite CI/CD. Additionally, you will collaborate with various engineering teams to improve code quality, testability, and release processes, while establishing best practices and standards to provide a clear development path.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with over two years of experience in developing high-quality software products and tools focused on quality, reliability, and developer ergonomics. Proficiency in languages such as Go, C++, Python, or TypeScript is preferred, with experience in creating or maintaining libraries, frameworks, and APIs. A strong passion for code quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
