Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance developer experience and deployment processes within our engineering teams. This role involves identifying and addressing key sources of friction, improving workflows, and developing new tools to increase the velocity and reliability of our software and automotive development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and improving tools, libraries, and frameworks for the engineering team. The role also involves building and testing scalable tools for deployment across various automotive and cloud platforms, optimizing compile and build times using tools like Bazel, CMake, and Docker, and improving software deployment and data collection frameworks. Additionally, the engineer will identify and resolve bottlenecks within the software stack.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Python and/or Go. Experience with continuous integration, build, and deployment technologies such as Bazel, Buildkite, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is essential, along with comfort in scripting for automation. Familiarity with Linux and/or ARM systems and experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from €108,200 to €180,000 annually, along with stock options. Benefits include a lunch and dinner allowance, as well as annual fitness and learning stipends of $600 and $1,000, respectively.
