CoreWeave is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Kubernetes Core Interfaces Team, responsible for building and maintaining the control plane that powers our cloud infrastructure at scale. Our team ensures that the Kubernetes platforms running CoreWeave's GPU workloads are reliable, fault-tolerant, and easy to operate, providing deep insights and smooth experiences for users and internal teams alike.

In this role, you will design and implement scalable solutions that simplify administration and enhance the user experience of CoreWeave's Kubernetes platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing Helm charts, custom controllers, API endpoints, and other control plane components, as well as building automation, dashboards, alerts, and testing frameworks. Participation in the on-call rotation and close collaboration with teammates in a supportive, high-performance environment are also key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in developing fault-tolerant, testable software services, primarily using Go. Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and experience administering Kubernetes clusters are essential. Proficiency with Linux systems, shell scripting, and the Linux storage/networking stacks is also required. We value individuals who are collaborative, curious, and excited to contribute to a diverse, high-performance team.

At CoreWeave, we offer a competitive salary range of $109,000 to $160,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for by CoreWeave, company-paid life insurance, voluntary supplemental life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), mental wellness benefits through Spring Health, family-forming support provided by Carrot, paid parental leave, flexible, full-service childcare support with Kinside, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, flexible PTO, catered lunch each day in our office and data center locations, and a casual work environment.

CoreWeave fosters an environment that encourages collaboration and enables the development of innovative solutions to complex problems. We support and encourage an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking. Our core values include being curious at your core, acting like an owner, empowering employees, delivering best-in-class client experiences, and achieving more together. Joining our team means being part of an exciting stage of hyper-growth, where you'll be surrounded by some of the best talent in the industry, who will want to learn from you as well.
