Software Engineer Pleno - Frontend
Hotmart is seeking a Software Engineer Pleno - Frontend to join our team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing data discoverability solutions, ensuring that both internal teams and clients can efficiently locate, understand, and utilize data assets through tools like data catalogs and platforms integrated with Artificial Intelligence.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing solutions of varying complexity, continuously optimizing processes and technologies. You will analyze, define, design, and propose technical solutions for problem scopes, implement the developed solutions, and ensure code quality through code reviews and approval of peers' pull requests. Additionally, you will disseminate frontend standards and best practices, create experiments and proofs of concept to validate product hypotheses using AI and automation, leverage AI within the team (e.g., copilots, PR automation, review agents), and represent the team technically in discussions with Architecture, Product, and Leadership.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, solid knowledge and experience with frontend frameworks such as React and Vue/Nuxt, significant experience in frontend modeling and architecture, and experience with REST API integrations. Proficiency in version control, preferably Git and GitHub, the ability to monitor errors and metrics (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, etc.), mastery of AI concepts applied to engineering, and knowledge in server-side rendering, BFF (Backend For Frontend), bundlers, and transpilers are also required.
