Software Team Leader (C)

Cato Networks is seeking a Software Team Leader to join our R&D Core team in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized cloud service, Cato Networks offers a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you will lead a team of experienced software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and testing network security enterprise solutions, as well as conducting ongoing research and prototyping for new features and product ideas. Additionally, you will explore and integrate new technologies to enhance our product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience developing large-scale network or security solutions, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role. A deep understanding of networking protocols and environments, proficiency in C programming within multithreaded environments, and experience with Linux or Unix-based operating systems are essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also required.
