Anduril Industries is seeking a Test Engineer to join their Intelligence Systems team in Reston, Virginia. This role focuses on testing custom-developed software solutions and user-facing applications across traditional desktop environments and embedded hardware devices. The position involves creating and executing detailed test plans, managing testing methodologies across multiple projects, and contributing to the development of advanced defense technologies.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers to develop and maintain test plans for full-stack and user-facing software on custom hardware. The Test Engineer will perform various testing types, including manual and automated checks for functionality, performance, and reliability. Additionally, the role involves developing reusable testing approaches, analyzing test results, and providing clear reports to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software testing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience with managing complex test plans, working in constrained development environments such as air-gapped systems, and the ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems are essential. An active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
