Solution Sales Director

The Solution Sales Director at Diligent Corporation is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving revenue growth for the company's IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management solutions. This position involves managing complex sales cycles and engaging directly with mid-market and enterprise clients across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Key responsibilities include owning solution sales for IT GRC and Third-Party Risk in the APAC region, driving new business and expansion opportunities, and acting as the domain expert in the field. The director will lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles, run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, design solution approaches, and support RFP/RFI processes. Additionally, the role involves proactively building and progressing the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and thought leadership activities.

The ideal candidate should have over seven years of experience in selling IT GRC, vendor risk, or related integrated risk management SaaS solutions, or have practiced in IT risk, third-party risk, technology governance, or compliance roles. A proven track record of success in account management and achieving revenue targets within the technology or GRC industry is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, are also required.
