The Solution Sales Executive, Compliance and Ethics, at Diligent Corporation, is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting specialized compliance products, including Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Policy Management, Whistleblowing, and Conflict of Interest solutions. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and other internal stakeholders to generate pipeline through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities within a specified territory.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Diligent Platform with a focus on compliance solutions, prospecting new customers, and up/cross-selling within existing accounts to drive new opportunities. The executive will adopt a solutions-based selling approach, manage the end-to-end sales cycle using the Diligent-approved sales methodology (MEDDICC), effectively utilize sales tools to prospect new leads, and maintain accurate CRM records. Additionally, the role requires gathering external insights on the competitive landscape and collaborating with account teams to discover and qualify new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, with 3-5+ years of experience achieving or exceeding revenue targets within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry, preferably in the compliance space. They should possess strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at different levels. A high level of curiosity and empathy, coupled with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude, is essential for success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
