Key responsibilities include demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Diligent’s solutions and specialized products, prospecting new leads within existing accounts, and adopting a solutions-based selling approach to understand and address customer needs. The role also entails managing the end-to-end sales cycle using Diligent's approved sales methodology, effectively utilizing sales tools to increase win rates, and maintaining accurate CRM records to forecast and report on projected bookings and closed deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and achieving revenue targets within the technology or GRC industry, with specific experience in the SLED sector. Familiarity with selling through channel distribution processes is essential.
