Solutions Architect
As a Solutions Architect at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in the Customer Onboarding team, focusing on the critical early and ongoing phases of the customer lifecycle. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences across email, mobile, SMS, and web channels. Our clients include prominent companies such as Burger King, Delivery Hero, HBO Max, Mercari, and Venmo.
In this role, you will own complex integrations of Braze's product, acting as the technical liaison between Braze and the client's product and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and supporting technical aspects of customer onboarding to minimize time-to-value, empowering customer teams to use our product independently, and coordinating effectively with client engineering teams and third parties to drive desired outcomes. Additionally, you will design technical implementation plans, support new customers in achieving efficient SDK and API integrations, and deliver technically focused workshops to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of relevant experience in areas such as mobile marketing, implementation, technical support, technical account management, business analysis, or customer success. Strong product command and technical domain knowledge in SaaS, marketing, mobile, APIs, or programming are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong influencing abilities, are required. A problem-solving attitude, high level of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders are also important.
