Solutions Consultant
Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Tokyo team, focusing on pre-sales technical consulting. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to provide strategic vision and best practices to prospective clients. As a trusted advisor, you will help lay the foundation for long-term partnerships by demonstrating how Braze's customer engagement platform can meet client needs.
In this position, you will engage directly with potential customers to understand their requirements and challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering tailored product demonstrations, conducting technical workshops, and guiding clients through the evaluation process. You will also assist in designing solutions that integrate Braze's platform into clients' existing systems, ensuring a seamless implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of professional experience, preferably in pre-sales consulting or sales engineering. A strong background in SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, or programming (including HTML) is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a high level of intellectual curiosity and a collaborative team spirit. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and conversational English is mandatory.
