Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll - EMEA

As a Solutions Consultant specializing in Global Payroll for the EMEA region, you will collaborate closely with our Global Payroll sales team to develop and implement strategies that expand Remote's market presence. This role positions you as a key contributor to our mission of simplifying global employment by providing compliant and efficient payroll solutions to businesses worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a subject matter expert in Global Payroll, delivering customized demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, and developing sales playbooks. You will translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans and offer commercially insightful feedback to our Product teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in pre-sales solution consulting, particularly with global payroll processes and systems. A strong understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS is essential. Excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly are crucial. A bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with three years of experience, is required.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $62,400 to $157,950 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
