Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Diligent Corporation, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to demonstrate how our platform can transform risk mitigation, audit processes, and compliance operations. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges into clear, compelling solutions that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities include leading the pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities, delivering tailored software demonstrations that articulate business value, and engaging confidently with stakeholders across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Audit teams. You will also design solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and regulatory environments, and collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback on product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, GRC, Legal (Corporate Compliance), or a related field, either in a customer-facing role or within the industry. Experience with SaaS solutions, strong presentation and communication skills, and a self-driven attitude to continuously deepen technical and domain knowledge are essential. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
