Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales Consultant (Risk & Audit)
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales Consultant specializing in Risk & Audit to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in risk, audit, or compliance who are passionate about collaborating with clients, addressing complex challenges, and delivering impactful solutions in a commercial setting. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform can transform their risk and compliance management practices.
In this position, you will partner with the Sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, providing tailored software demonstrations that emphasize business value beyond product features. Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior leaders across audit, risk, compliance, IT, and governance functions, translating client challenges into clear solution narratives, and designing solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product teams to relay customer feedback and support marketing initiatives such as webinars and industry events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk, audit, compliance, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), either in a customer-facing role or within the industry. Proficiency with SaaS solutions or a strong interest in transitioning to a commercial, client-focused environment is essential. Strong presentation and communication skills are required, along with the ability to simplify complex topics. A self-driven and curious mindset, with a commitment to continuously deepening both technical and domain knowledge, is highly valued.
