Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (Risk & Audit)
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in Risk and Audit to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Risk, Audit, or Compliance who are passionate about collaborating with clients, addressing complex challenges, and delivering impactful solutions in a commercial setting. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform can transform their risk and audit management processes.
In this position, you will partner with the Sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, providing tailored software demonstrations that highlight the business value of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior leaders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance functions, translating their pain points into clear solution narratives that facilitate deal progression and closure. Additionally, you will design and present solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Product teams to offer feedback on product enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC, either in a customer-facing role or within the industry. Proficiency with SaaS solutions or a strong interest in transitioning to a commercial, customer-facing environment is essential. Strong presentation and communication skills are required, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. A self-driven and curious mindset, along with a commitment to continuously deepening technical and domain knowledge, will contribute to success in this role. While German language skills are beneficial, they are not a requirement.
