Solutions Engineer
As a Solutions Engineer at Zip Co Limited, you will be at the forefront of our merchant and partner relationships, ensuring that our payment solutions effectively address current business challenges and anticipate future needs. Your primary responsibilities will include leading technical implementation discussions with merchants and partners across web, payment, and commerce technologies. You will become a subject matter expert in payments, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, and Zip's platform capabilities. Collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams, you will build scalable solutions across multiple verticals and geographies, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure successful deployments.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience with web technologies, particularly in e-commerce or payments, and at least three years in a client-facing role, including presenting to both technical and executive audiences. A proven track record in leading technical implementations, familiarity with payment APIs and e-commerce platforms, strong communication skills, and experience with AI tools in technical solutioning or process automation are essential. A high-adaptability mindset with a bias for action, learning, and collaboration is also crucial.
Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, with potential additional elements such as bonuses or commission awards.
