As a Solutions Lead at WPP Media, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and emerging media solutions. This role is integral to our mission of delivering innovative advertising strategies for global clients such as Unilever, G-star, and Netflix. Operating within a dynamic team, you will drive the creation of future-forward media products that align with WPP Media's commitment to excellence and growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and scaling of emerging media solutions, with a significant focus on programmatic DOOH strategies. You will employ test-and-learn approaches and conduct in-depth market analyses to validate value propositions and identify future advertising trends. Acting as a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with agencies and internal teams to uncover client needs, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and operationally sound. Additionally, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of media solutions, from proof of concept to go-to-market deployment, defining key performance indicators to measure success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have 4-6 years of experience in the digital advertising or ad-tech industry. A deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem is essential, with experience in programmatic Out of Home being a significant advantage. Proficiency with demand-side platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Xandr, or Amazon Ads is desirable. Strong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, proactive leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills in English are crucial for success in this role.
