Key responsibilities include proofreading translated documents to correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors, as well as formatting them to mirror the original source. The role involves providing feedback to Project Managers through quality scores, suggesting stylistic improvements, and utilizing reference materials to ensure consistency across client projects. Additionally, the Quality Manager creates client-specific glossaries, operates computer-assisted translation tools to enhance efficiency, and maintains disciplined operational procedures across various projects.

Candidates must possess a four-year degree or higher, preferably in a foreign language, and demonstrate native fluency in Spanish along with excellent English communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects with accurate and up-to-date specifications is essential, as are strong problem-solving skills and professionalism under tight deadlines. Satisfactory results on company tests and a minimum passing grade on the appropriate foreign language test are required. Prior experience in the translation industry and familiarity with tools like Trados or SDLX are desirable.
