Specialist Solutions Architect, Radar (Fraud/Risk)
The Specialist Solutions Architect, Radar (Fraud/Risk) role at Stripe is integral to the company's mission of enhancing the GDP of the internet by providing robust financial infrastructure. As part of the Specialist Solutions Architects team, this position focuses on Stripe's Radar product suite, a comprehensive fraud and risk management platform designed to protect businesses from various forms of financial loss, including payment fraud, account takeovers, and policy abuse.
In this role, the Specialist Solutions Architect collaborates closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Radar product suite, developing expertise in deploying advanced fraud systems, and understanding the ecosystem of risk and identity integrations. The role also involves defining and sharing best practices, creating reference architectures, and partnering with the Radar product sales team to lead strategy and manage key customer relationships.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, product, or risk strategy role focused on e-commerce fraud prevention, risk management, or trust & safety. A deep understanding of the fraud and risk ecosystem, including payment fraud, account takeovers, and policy abuse, is essential. Strong knowledge of risk management architectures, fraud detection signals, and software engineering patterns is also required. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships are important for success in this role.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $203,400 to $305,000. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
