In this position, you will assist players with account management, responsible gaming tools, and technical challenges. You'll guide them through promotions, loyalty programs, and game rules, ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Additionally, you'll investigate and escalate complex issues, including technical bugs and potential fraud, while contributing to the evolution of our internal knowledge base.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment. Strong written communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with online platforms and common technical troubleshooting. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. An interest in sports betting and major U.S. sports is a plus, and candidates must be eligible to obtain necessary gaming licenses.
This hybrid role begins with a four-week training program, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the first day on-site at our Collingswood office. After training, you'll transition into your assigned schedule, which may include shifts between 8:00 AM and 2:00 AM. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour during training and the probationary period, with potential advancement up to $24.00 per hour based on performance.
