Sr. Analyst, Sales & Operations
The Senior Analyst, Sales & Operations at Kaseya plays a pivotal role within the Sales Strategy and Operations team, focusing on strategic initiatives and data modeling for customer-facing teams. This position is based in Medellín, Colombia, and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations. Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, serving customers in over 20 countries and managing over 15 million endpoints worldwide.
In this role, the Senior Analyst is responsible for developing custom analyses to interpret business challenges related to the customer base and supporting strategic initiatives. The analyst will create impactful, measurable strategy analytics that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with customers. Additionally, the role involves working on special projects to support executive initiatives and presenting key analyses to executives and department leaders.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or consulting. Full professional fluency in English is essential. A proven track record of building and refining actionable dashboards and reports is required, along with advanced experience in Excel. Proficiency in Power BI reporting and Salesforce is also necessary. Experience with SQL and Python is considered a plus. The candidate should have experience collaborating across multiple teams and familiarity with finance or financial analytics. Expertise in recurring revenue business models and/or familiarity with B2B software is highly desirable.
