Sr. Compensation Manager
The Senior Compensation Manager at Lucid Motors will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and administering the company's compensation programs. Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation, this position collaborates closely with the broader HR team and business leaders across Engineering, Strategy & Business Development, Program Management, and Supply Chain organizations. The role is based onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility to work 1-2 days remotely.
Key responsibilities include leading complex compensation analyses and modeling to inform program design and pay decisions, advising HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation matters, and managing the annual rewards cycle encompassing merit, promotion, and bonus cycles. The role also involves overseeing compensation survey submissions, evaluating and leveling new and evolving roles using established frameworks, and contributing to the development of global compensation structures, including salary ranges and bonus plan design.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or CCP certification is advantageous. The role requires demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute compensation projects, advanced Excel skills, experience with HRIS and compensation management systems, strong consultative skills, and expertise in job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and internal equity analysis.
