As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through their entire journey to renewal. You will inspire and support customer adoption and expansion, leveraging your customer-facing and technical expertise to lead our clients to success. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, ensuring that customers realize the full value of their investment in our technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the health of assigned accounts, fostering meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within both the customer organization and Cato’s internal teams, and orchestrating post-sales activities such as conducting quarterly business reviews, assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsells. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and provide sustainable solutions that drive their success.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor, with exposure to networking or security software solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively listen and understand customer needs, even when not explicitly articulated. You should be well-organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels to achieve 'Trusted Advisor' status.

The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000, with exact compensation varying based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
