Sr. Director, Corporate Finance

The Sr. Director of Corporate Finance at Kaseya will lead the Corporate Finance function, serving as the central hub of the finance organization. This role involves close collaboration with General and Administrative (G&A) leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial insights. Kaseya, a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, has experienced sustained double-digit growth and is backed by Insight Venture Partners.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, developing corporate financial models, and managing cash flow forecasting. The role also entails driving board and executive reporting cycles, producing materials that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Additionally, the Sr. Director will partner with Strategy on long-range planning, collaborate with Investor Relations on narrative development, and lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) technology and AI roadmap.

Candidates should have over 15 years of progressive finance experience, with significant depth in Corporate Finance. A background in investment banking or strategy consulting is strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA and/or CPA/CFA preferred. The role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, and experience in large-scale, product-led technology companies. Proficiency in enterprise planning and reporting tools, along with a data-driven mindset, is essential.
